**Job Description: Inside Sales Executive - Mumbai (Thane, Goregaon, Chembur)**

**Position Overview**:
We are hiring **Inside Sales Executives** to join our team in Mumbai (Thane, Goregaon, and Chembur). In this role, you will be responsible for selling UG/PG courses online by understanding the needs of prospective students and guiding them toward the right programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with great communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the educational goals and needs of students to recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about course offerings, admission processes, and market trends to provide accurate information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales or a related field (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- **Excellent communication skills** in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Mumbai (Thane, Goregaon, Chembur)
- **Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 (in-hand), based on experience and performance
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
