We are hiring **freshers** with excellent **English communication skills** for our **International Travel Sales** team based in **Gurgaon (Sector 19)**. If you're passionate about customer service and want to build a rewarding career in the global travel industry, we’d love to meet you
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** for flight bookings from **US customers**.
- Understand customer travel requirements and offer the best travel options.
- Provide accurate fare quotes, assist with reservations and ticket issuance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with professional and friendly service.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly **sales targets**.
- Update customer data and booking details in the system accurately.
**Requirements**:
- **Freshers welcome**; previous experience in travel sales/BPO is a plus.
- Excellent **spoken and written English** communication skills.
- Willing to work in **night shifts (US process)**.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
- Must be a **quick learner**, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- **Immediate joiners preferred**.
