Screening of Sales Orders
- Resolve the discrepancies in sales orders (like Packing issue, product code, payment issue, Full carton, semi carton issue)with detailed conversation with agents & customers.
- Attend calls and reply to queries relating to orders of agents & customers.
- Gather information from sales dept and from conversation with agents, maintain excel sheet regarding sales order in hold, process, its delivery etc.
- Follow up for payment against Proforma Invoice
- Tally ERP-9, MS office
- Draft letter in English (Self Correspondence)
- Fluent in English Speaking

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordination: 3 years (preferred)
