- **Technical Proficiency**:Demonstrating a strong understanding of drone systems, flight dynamics, and navigation, including the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- **Compliance**:Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and other governing bodies.
- **Mission Execution**:Successfully completing assigned tasks, such as aerial photography, surveying, inspections, or other drone-related activities, within specified parameters and timelines.
- **Data Acquisition and Analysis**:Utilizing drone-derived data effectively, including processing images, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Maintaining clear and concise communication with other team members, dispatch personnel, and relevant authorities.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Optimizing flight plans, minimizing downtime, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
