**Clinical Expertise and Knowledge**

- **Specialized Knowledge**: Understanding of cardiovascular procedures in the Cathlab, surgical procedures in the OT, and emergency protocols in the ICU.
- **Certifications/Training**: Specialized certifications like ACLS, BLS, or certifications specific to critical care, catheterization, or surgery.

- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to assess patient conditions rapidly and make critical decisions under pressure, especially in emergencies.
- **Prioritization**: Knowing how to prioritize patient care, manage multiple patients in acute conditions, and make quick decisions when conditions change.

- **Empathy**: Ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families during stressful situations.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and respect, and effectively communicating with patients and their families about treatment plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
