1. VMC Machine Setup & Operation:
Set tools, fixtures, and programs on VMC machines.

Operate machines as per process and ensure correct part production.

2. Program Handling:
Load and modify basic G-code programs if needed.

Coordinate with the programmer for any complex corrections.

3. Quality Assurance:
Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

Ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications.

4. Maintenance & Safety:
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain 5S at the workstation.

5. Documentation:
Maintain daily production logs and inspection records.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in VMC machine operation and setting.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.

Hands-on experience in VMC setting and operating.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controller.

Proficient in using measuring instruments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
