Proctologist Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Proctology Surgeon (Clinic IN charge) to manage and lead the daily operations of our proctology clinic. The role involves clinical, surgical, administrative, and patient management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily OPD consultations for proctology patients (piles, fissure, fistula, etc.)
- Perform or assist in minor and major surgical procedures
- Oversee IPD admissions, inpatient rounds, and ensure post-operative care
- Handle clinic administration, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide proper patient counseling, follow-ups, and treatment planning
- Support and coordinate with counselors, front desk, nursing, and other staff
- Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and conversion rates
- Participate in awareness programs, local outreach camps, and marketing events if needed
- Qualification: BAMS with MS (Ayurveda/General Surgery preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in proctology
- Clinical proficiency in managing anorectal diseases (piles, fissure, fistula)
- Strong OPD/IPD handling and patient communication skills
- Comfortable in managing clinic operations independently
- Basic knowledge of EMR and digital patient records desirable
