Job Role:
1. Direct & Reference Sales: This primarily involves generating sales by higher conversion of leads & referral leads for the by identifying and targeting New customers, Existing & Referral Potential customers of region, and closing deals.

2. Direct & Reference Sales: This primarily involves generating sales by higher conversion of leads & referral leads for the by identifying and targeting New customers, Existing & Referral Potential customers of region, and closing deals.

3. Farmers Training & Center Awareness: onboarding of existing and new farmers for weekly/monthly onsite-office training classes, and delivery of monthly advisory and keeping track/record of farmers Orchard health status by means of ranking. Awareness includes the means and ways the area supervisor does the publicity in his/her region to penetrate and expand the reach of its services/customers in his region, by means of publicity in Prominent places and generating more footfalls/leads in his region.

4. IDHTPL Center Assistance & Reports: providing support to customers by means of onboarding for training, offering necessary INPUT supplies, Plant-Material Delivery & its know-how, keeping documental records, together ensuring a pleasant office environment, maintenance of the Demo-orchard, showcasing varieties and technologies, handling customers documentation formalities, and managing stock of live goods, Inputs, & updating CRM of walk-in/potential/existing, clients, and overall experience of customer when visiting the demo-center etc. And, sharing all possible information with its supervisors through daily/weekly reports, covering areas such as customer interactions, training activities, inventory management, orchard health, and other activities as may be asked by your senior supervisors as and when needed.
