- Monitor patient conditions, recognize and respond to changes, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support measures as necessary.
- Operate and monitor life-support equipment (e.g., ventilators, cardiac monitors).
- Document patient care accurately and promptly using electronic health records (EHR).
- Support families and educate them on treatment plans and care procedures.
- Participate in code blue and rapid response teams.
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance within the unit.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
