Role Description:
This is a **full-time position based in Nashik.**

The architect will be working on projects in following sectors such as **Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Transport and Private Residences.**

The Architect will be responsible for designing and creating architectural designs and renderings, developing project proposals, generating execution drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, and liaising with clients and contractors.

The Architect is expected to have good **initiative**, good design skills, good communication skills, **willingness to visit sites** and be a good team player.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, and Graphics
- Demonstrated proficiency in design, drafting, and visualization
- **Positive spirit** and strong initiative to take responsibilities.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail, and good time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills, and professional conduct.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Prior work experience will be preferred however not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
