We’re seeking a versatile **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join Makes360 at our Landran, Mohali office. You’ll craft stunning visual assets - from static graphics, posters, brochures and infographics to animated social‑media clips and promotional videos - for both our in‑house marketing and a diverse roster of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design print materials: brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral.
- Create UI assets and infographics in collaboration with developers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all Makes360 and client visuals.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and presentations.
- Add animated text overlays, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Color‑grade, mix audio (music/SFX), and incorporate voice‑overs.
- Optimize exports for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Maintain organized files, version control, and an asset library.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to push visual innovation.
- Stay updated on design and video trends, tools, and best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, pacing, and storytelling.

Experience producing both digital/print graphics and short‑form video content.

Basic motion‑graphics skills (keyframing, animated text).

Familiarity with video codecs, compression settings, and export workflows.

Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Portfolio showcasing a blend of graphic design and video editing projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
