**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design packaging that reflects the brand's identity, message, and values, ensuring visual consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand packaging needs, including structure, graphics, and materials, and incorporate feedback into design projects.
- Create print-ready designs and work closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution, from pre-press to final print, including color matching and proofing.
- Manage multiple packaging design projects from concept to completion within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating design choices and modifications based on feedback.
