**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models, textures, lighting, and environments based on provided concepts, sketches, or reference materials.

Produce photorealistic renderings and animations of products, spaces, and scenes, maintaining a strong focus on aesthetics and realism.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.

Interpret design briefs and translate them into visually appealing 3D visualizations that align with the company's branding and vision.

Optimize 3D assets and scenes for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance without sacrificing quality.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute innovative ideas to projects.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing creative input and insights to enhance the overall quality of projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.

Provide and receive constructive feedback to/from team members to refine and improve visual quality.

Maintain a well-organized archive of 3D assets, project files, and reference materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, 3D Animation, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist, or similar role within [industry or related industry].

Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as [software names, e.g., Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.].

Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic visual results.

Solid portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, rendering, and animation skills. Please provide a link to your portfolio or samples of your work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and design principles.

Problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

Strong time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Experience with [additional relevant skills, e.g., VR/AR development, motion graphics, etc.]
