**Wedding Event Coordinator Job Description**

**Position Overview**

A Wedding Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing wedding ceremonies and receptions. They ensure all details are perfectly managed and the couple’s vision is brought to life, creating a stress-free and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Interaction & Planning**

Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.

Provide guidance on venue selection, themes, décor, catering, and entertainment.

Develop a detailed wedding timeline and checklist.

**Vendor Management**

Recommend, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.).

Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring terms align with client requirements.

Conduct follow-ups to confirm bookings and finalize details.

**Budget Management**

Prepare and manage the wedding budget efficiently.

Provide cost-saving suggestions while maintaining quality.

Track payments and ensure financial transparency.

Act as the point of contact for vendors and guests during the event.

Ensure the wedding runs on schedule.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
