As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, team coordination, and communication while immersing yourself in the dynamic world of plant-based medicine.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the founder in managing and prioritizing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.

Coordinate with team members to delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

Manage the founder's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.

Conduct research and compile information as needed to support project development and decision-making processes.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between the founder and various departments within the organization, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Provide administrative support, including organizing files, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.

**Requirements**:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Passion for health and wellness and a genuine interest in the mission and values of Herb Tantra.

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Location: Sector 88, Noida

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
