As an SMO SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online presence, visibility, and ranking of our organization across various search engines and social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize content, improve website performance, and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms.
- Create and manage social media profiles, pages, and accounts.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment of messaging across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into SMO strategies.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords relevant to our industry.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority and credibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits and address issues affecting website performance.
- Stay informed about search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations for website enhancements and improvements.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, articles, and other web content for search engines and social media.
- Ensure the use of relevant keywords and high-quality, shareable content.
- Implement SEO-friendly URL structures and formatting.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website and social media performance.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance overall online presence.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align SMO and SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SMO and SEO roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
