We are looking out for Store Executive at Vasai Location.

We are a 55 years old Mumbai-based company in the manufacturing and distribution of clamps for Auto and non-auto companies in India and overseas.

1) Ensure maintenance of green level of input material required for all dept.
2) Develops and maintains reports relating to process, product and operation on-time performance.
3) Works daily with team developing the maturity of the material planning systems in support of business goals and a continuous improvement initiative.
4) Ensure generation, accuracy, maintenance and submission of all reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Submit reports to top management before 8th of every month.
5) Complete the tasks assigned by the Top Management whenever required.
6) Ensure timely availability of material and items required for smooth production.
7) Ensure that items including CP & Packing material maintained in the Stores is in optimum quantities so as to reduce inventory carrying costs. Maintain Consumable and stationary Stores.
8) Priorities testing of items and communicate the same to QC. If QC passes as ok, then take into received, else coordinate with Purchase for replacement.
9) Ensure correct labelling and storage of all material.
10) Ensure physical verification of entire store on a qtly basis (perpetual inventory weekly).
11) Ensure that all received orders are generated through ERP system.
12) Follow up with Purchase regarding vendors pending bills, rejection replacements, etc.
13) Communicate the quantity of rejected stock present at stores to Purchase and Quality.
14) To understand and follow safe working practices.
15) Train, mentor, motivate and manage team. Conduct cross functional meetings and understand the pain points of different functions.
16) Ensure accuracy & maintenance all reports(daily, weekly, monthly, etc).
17) Fortnightly scrap removal. (once in 2 weeks)
18) Identifying Non moving stock & raising flag of the same to PPC, Purchase & Sales.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
