Tele Caller/front Office

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming attitude, provide assistance, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, providing information, and transferring calls to the relevant individuals or departments as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring schedules are organized efficiently.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and visitors, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information, inquiries, and appointments into the system or database.
**Qualifications**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
**Language**:
- Tamil and English are musts.
**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift
