**Job description**:
**Physical and Chemical Testing**

1. Raw Material Testing: Conduct chemical and physical tests on

raw materials, such as cement, lime, gypsum, coal and fly ash.

2. Product Testing: Perform tests on AAC products, including

Moisture, density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, and

dimensional stability.

3. Mix Design Optimization: Develop and optimize mix designs for

AAC production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and

company specifications.

**Quality Control and Assurance**

1. Quality Control Testing: Conduct regular testing of AAC

products to ensure compliance with quality standards and

specifications.

2. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance

procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of AAC products.

3. Laboratory Operations: Manage laboratory operations,

including equipment maintenance, calibration, and

troubleshooting.

4. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure laboratory

safety and environmental compliance, adhering to relevant

regulations and company policies.

**Reporting and Communication**

1. Test Report Generation: Generate accurate and timely test

reports, including data analysis and interpretation.

2. Communication with Production Team: Collaborate with the

production team to resolve quality issues, provide technical

guidance, and implement process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
