Hindustan Foods Limited, Piparia Manufacturing plant the Product is Harpic Bottle Filling
- Responsible for receipt of raw material from dispensing area as per BMR and inform immediately to shift executive if any concern.
- Responsible for filling of batch record during batch mfg not after completion.
- Ensure that all RM will put in PTS as per batch card - no Mix up.
- Filling of all process parameter - Line clearance, line status board, Equipment status, Temp and Humidity and megnahlic gauge record, Batch record register and log books of all equipments. IPA record, Solution record etc.
- All RM should be tagged and properly identified.
- Ensure that Fly Catcher and Air Curtain should be in operation.
- Ensure that all change room ancillaries - Locker, Mirror, Cross over Bench, IPA dispenser should be maintained clean.
- Responsible for HSK of mfg area as per checklist.
- Responsible for handling of manpower.
- Responsible for operation of Blender, Perfume mixing vessel &PTS.
- Responsible for cleaning of PTS ,Blender, Shifter, Perfume Mixing and spray tank, perfume bucket, Doors, Pipe line, Puf Panel ,View Glass, Megnahlic Gauge, thermo hygrometer, AHU Riser Exhaust fans.
- Responsible for availability of all ppes - apron, shoe cover, cap, mask and apron for visitors.
- Ensure that cleaning of electrical panel.
- Responsible for cleaning and operation of Vacuum cleaner
- Responsible to follow GMP in entire the manufacturing area.
- Responsible for properly handover and takeover in respect of change of shifts.
- To do daily job assignment or as decided by HOD.
- In absent or leave case during working day the reporting head of the employee/department will assign the job responsibility of that person to Production Executive or as per availability of skilled personnel.
