ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

**What role you will play in our team**:
Will handle specific process related to CS OTC.

Ensure Order to Cash Process Excellence, aimed at enhancing CX and Corporate Value; CS Offer Gatekeeper.

Job will be based at Bangalore Whitefield EM office for 5 days in a week.

**What you will do**:
Leads Global Order to Cash process improvements ,to enable ease of doing business, cost effectiveness and alignment with corporate policies while meeting business service levels, deliver process/ system trainings as needed.

Responsible for interfacing between Order to Cash business processes, and cross-functionally with Process Partners.

Assesses upcoming changes impact on OTC process ( e.g. Global Growth projects, System implementations), and supports scope definition/ business requirements, as appropriate

CS Offer Gatekeeper and OTC Global process Custodian
- assesses possible deviations/ exceptions and escalates for EPO approval, as appropriate

Represents CS in Digital prioritization discussions with I&BT

Supports O2C process standardization across GBS CS; prioritizes process improvement efforts aligned with Corporate Value maximization

Supports clarity and knowledge sustainment around Process Management Principles across the Customer Service Organization ( including MSP, as appropriate)

Owns and maintains O2C Process Controls Catalogue templates ( F&L)

**About You**:
Thorough knowledge of order to cash processes, systems and Chemicals/F&L/ Commercial and Trading businesses

Strong leadership, influencing & communication skills

Program development, project management and change management skills

Ability to translate process excellence principles into material, actionable deliverables

Product Integrity Leadership (brand protection and service excellence)

Graduate or prefererably MBA
