Enseigner Private Limited is hiring an experienced **Accounts Executive** with a strong background in **Tally Prime and billing operations**. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, and financial reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **billing, invoicing**, and financial transactions using **Tally Prime** (mandatory).
- Maintain accurate **bookkeeping and financial records**.
- Handle **vendor payments, receipts**, and daily accounting operations.
- Reconcile **bank statements** and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and assist with audits.
- Monitor **petty cash** and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including **GST, TDS**, etc.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal departments.

**Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in Tally Prime** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **billing processes** and basic taxation.
- Sound understanding of **accounting principles**.
- Good command over **MS Office tools** (Excel, Word).
- High level of **accuracy, responsibility, and integrity**.
- Good **communication** and teamwork skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in accounting and billing roles (mandatory).
