**Job Describtion**:
**Recruitment: Hiring Time | Hiring Cost | Salary Negotiation |Induction | Documentation**
- To Plan and manage recruitment & Selection of staff from job portals and from HR consultancy **as per SOP**.
- Responsible for Source of Recruitment/Prepare JS & JD for concern Position/Shortlist/Technical Interview/Personal Interview/confirmation.
- Recruitment Based on Manpower Budget / Employee Recruitment Form/Periodically Recruitment.
- Selection based on recruitment panel authorization.

**Training & Development : Training & Meeting calendar follow up**
- Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.
- Create and monitor training calendar.
- Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
- To conduct training related to HR system to subordinates**.**
- Preparing Contracts, Agreements, Letters, Circulars & Memos

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
