**Logistics and Supply Chain Faculty**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative offline classes in logistics and supply chain management.
- Prepare and present course materials, assignments, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum.
- Conduct HR training sessions, including topics such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR best practices.
- Provide support to students and professionals in both logistics/supply chain and HR aspects.
- Evaluate student performance, give constructive feedback, and offer guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve course content and teaching methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends, HR practices, and logistics/supply chain developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching logistics, supply chain management, or HR training.
- A Master’s degree in **Logistics**, **Supply Chain Management**, **Human Resources**, or a related field is required. A PhD or additional certifications in HR or logistics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for offline classroom delivery.
- Ability to design and deliver HR training programs effectively.

**Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in conducting HR-related training, including employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in a classroom setting.
- Experience with offline teaching and hands-on training delivery.
