**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and record financial transactions using Tally software.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle GST returns, including preparation, filing, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly/annual closing.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with Tally for accurate entry and account maintenance.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation procedures.
- Familiarity with TDS and GST return preparation.
- **Other Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
