**Social Media Marketing (SMM)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Must know uses of social media and social marketing networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to market product and services engage with existing customers, and reaches new ones.
- SMM using connections, interaction and customer data, marketing techniques using these platforms are extremely important for business.
- Align SMM goals to clear business objective to track performance and adjust SMM strategy as needed.
- Build a strong Social media marketing presence for the companies and maintain it by posting solid, relevant content.
- Should be familiar with the levels of audience engagement and drive in web traffic.
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategy, manage advertising agency relationships, build social marketing plans and calendar.
- Establish greater awareness about brands, its achievements and programs, offerings, building brand focus and handling appropriate media selection for advertising new initiative.
- Maintain online relations with customer by organising and developing specifics customer relation programs.
- Provides short and long
- terms market forecasts and reports by directing market forecasts and report by directing market research collection, analysis and interpretation of market data.
- Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal sources.
- Monitoring on social media & social media advertising campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or similar discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
