Production Supervisor - PEB Works Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Production Monitoring: Assist Production Manager/Engineer in monitoring and controlling

PEB manufacturing activities.

2. Production Planning: Check daily production plans and schedules, and organize activities

accordingly.

3. Raw Material Planning: Ensure availability of raw materials as per project schedules.

4. Machine Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of machines to meet daily targets.

5. Team Supervision: Interact with laborers and workers, ensuring parts/components are

manufactured as per drawings.

6. Maintenance Support: Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant and machinery.

7. Store Management: Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, spares, and scrap.

8. Reporting: Prepare daily reports on work done and update management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in PEB manufacturing or similar industry
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate production teams
- Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and inventory management

Qualification: Diploma (good Communication skill)

Experience: (2-3 yrs required)
