**Job Location: Bangalore**

**Job Title: Investment Counsellor**
- Driving **MF/PMS/AIF** business through **Relationship Managers ,doing portfolio reviews**:

- Facilitating growth of **MF/PMS/AIF Asset under Management**:

- Training and development of Relationship Managers & Dealers
- Ensuring the availability of support system like training, joint calls new product information to achieve the results.
- Manage & Discuss customer financial needs, counsel them on asset allocation, diversification and taxation.
- Optimally use the **sales model & maximize sales and AUM** from the region.
- Review & Monitor portfolios in order to maintain the desired assets allocation with an equal focus on risk reduction.
- Formulation of various strategies to enhance the wealth business in the region.
- Provide input & support for the development of the new business initiative and product enhancement.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decision are made & demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation
