We are looking for a placement coordinator at our Kalina Campus of Mumbai university who will help our students get placement in reputed companies.
Job #description:
As a placement coordinator, you will develop an effective, strong, and sustainable #workingrelationship with other employers to have appropriate training for the participants.
The placement coordinator helps participants or unemployed persons by being the #link between them and the #recruiter for jobs.
You will be responsible for identifying the #best establishments and having a good rapport with them to benefit the participants.
You will also help with interview preparation and provide job assistance needed when employed.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage a variety of job placement and assessments for job readiness, career exploration, and job preparation skills training
Provide direct support to students placement - including information and guidance about requirements of specific #occupations, job market #trends.
Advise students in their preparation to seek employment
connect students to employers by facilitating interviews, matching students to internship sites, and assisting with job placements.
Develop and implement #marketing plans and #strategies for job placement and work based learning opportunities.
