**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Grades XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum.
- Teach literature, grammar, and writing skills to enhance students’ academic performance.
- Develop students’ critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills through interactive activities.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams with effective revision strategies and practice tests.
- Organize debates, elocution contests, literary clubs, and other English enrichment activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure curriculum continuity and academic excellence.
- Guide students in academic projects, research, and co-curricular activities related to English.
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programs as required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Master’s degree in English Literature / English Language or equivalent.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum **3-5 years** of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school at senior secondary level.
- Strong command over English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Familiarity with educational technology and smart classroom tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
