To organize train and supervise over the restaurant/ in-room-dining/ bar service staff for the purpose of giving satisfactory service to guests
- To be able to take complete charge in the absence of the restaurant manager
- To develop restaurant sales through setting high standards of service to guests
- To conduct daily briefings and allot duties to subordinate staff
- To acquire thorough knowledge of food and beverage control procedures and implement the same
- To handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction through immediate action
- To inspect table cover layouts and equipment placement and settings before commencement of service
- To inspect all service staff
- To plan the staff duty roster with the approval of the manager in charge
- To co-ordinate with housekeeping for proper, clean and adequate supply of restaurant linen as per par stocks
- To co-ordinate with engineering for maintenance of the fittings and equipment in the service area

Coordinate with Chef for not available / daily specials

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana - 130023, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
