**Job Title: Career Counsellor**

**Location**: MAAC - Behala, MAAC - Barasat, MAAC - Garia

Reports to: Senior Management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct counselling sessions to understand the needs of students and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Make calls and follow up leads on a daily basis to generate walk in.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and career fairs to promote our programs and engage with prospective students.
- Develop understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and job market.
- Develop PR with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to generate students.
- Evaluate enrolment campaigns, Suggest and Make improvements as needed.
- Updating records of interactions with students, enrolment outcomes, and business generation activities.

**Total Position: 5**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counselling, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate potential students.

Experience in handling CRM software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business generation.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
