Looking for Relationship Manager - After Sales preferred from real estate domain. Max Age up to 31 Immediate joiner - Responsible to interact with client to solve their queries. - Coordinate between clients and sales team for site visit and fulfil requirement of clients. - Timely follow up with the issues of clients. - Provide feedback of the client to seniors. - Keep time to time record of client’s status - Also visit the developer site to handover the invoice or for data reconciliation - Should have knowledge of GST filling and TDS filling - Providing end to end after-sale service to our client. - Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships with them. - Continuous follow up with the potential clients in a systematic manner. - Follow up for post-sales service issues and also to explore new business opportunities with allocated existing clients. - Strong follow-up with the sales team to maintain a good relationship with the client and take the feedback from them. - Maintaining a strong relationship with a client and advising them on issues related to the product and offering solutions on the same. - Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the company. - Collect & maintain the customer data properly and ensure timely follow up with the customers as and when required. - To adopt and implement a strong system to ensure proper and timely query handling, issue resolution, data tracking and feedback. - Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential - Capacity to flourish in a competitive environment. **What is our expectation?** - Excellent communication skills. - Good knowledge about all the locations of Mumbai. - Must have good analytical skills - Someone who enjoys dealing with customers on call. - High levels of passion and ownership.
