**Job Summary**

Experience in Sales and Service Cloud modules

**Responsibilities**
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to enhance deployment and development efficiency.
- Configure and manage SFDC Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes and improve user experience.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to create modern responsive user interfaces.
- Perform SFDC Configuration to tailor the platform to specific business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates and new releases.
- Train and support end-users to maximize the platforms capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce practices and standards.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.
- Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Must have experience with Agile methodologies.
- Must have the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
- Must have the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
