Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP QM modules including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Control.
- Define inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality certificates.
- Integrate SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, PM, and SD.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to streamline quality processes.
- Manage end-to-end quality processes including in-process, incoming, and outgoing inspections.
- Handle support tickets, change requests, testing, and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of quality processes in manufacturing or process industries.
- Experience with SAP QM integration with MM, PP, and other modules.
- Experience in configuring inspection types, inspection lots, UD codes, MICs, etc.
- Exposure to quality certificates, audit management, and batch management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP QM Certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of Fiori apps related to quality management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes (GMP, ISO, etc.).
- Experience in industries such as Pharma, Automotive, FMCG, or Aerospace.
