**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IAM Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions while gaining exposure to diverse technologies.
Your experience in scripting, programming, and IAM processes will be crucial to enhancing our IAM environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Script Development & Maintenance: Create, maintain, and monitor scripts using C#, PowerShell, and Visual Basic to support IAM operations.
- Process Improvement: Participate in improving and documenting IAM processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Active Directory & Azure Experience: Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure infrastructure.
- Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in C#, PowerShell, and Visual Basic for scripting and automation.
- Database Knowledge: Good understanding of SQL relational databases, with the ability to query and manage data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Exposure to IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of security and compliance standards in IAM.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools.
