**Telesales Executive**

Making Outbound Calls to customers
Receiving Inbound Calls from customers
Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers
Leads to sales conversion will be an evaluation criteria
Ability to give suitable services to the client after consulting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Creating daily reports
Solving problems of customers
Sending daily sales report
Maintaining and develop a good relationship with customers through personal contact or via telephone etc.
Acting as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Displaying efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
Helping management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
Reviewing their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
Recording sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
Providing accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.

**Required Knowledge & Skills**:
Basic knowledge in Computer
Ability to speak in Hindi and English

**Educational Qualifications**: Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass
