- Handle all official documentation with government and health authorities (e.g., Ministry of Health, Municipality, Immigration).
- Ensure timely processing of staff visas, medical licensing, and renewals.
- Coordinate with labor, customs, and regulatory bodies for hospital compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting hospital operations.

**Public & Media Relations**
- Build and maintain a positive image of the hospital through effective communication strategies.
- Draft press releases, media statements, and content for newsletters, brochures, and the website.
- Organize press conferences, media visits, and public health awareness campaigns.
- Serve as the spokesperson for the hospital in media or public events.

**Patient & Community Engagement**
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and patients/families for non-clinical communication.
- Promote patient education programs and community outreach initiatives.

**Internal Communication**
- Develop internal communication materials such as staff bulletins and updates.
- Foster positive relations and communication between departments.
- Support HR in staff engagement initiatives and events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
