This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in weekly/Bi-Weekly Payroll activities.

The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.

Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. I9, W2, W4, Tax Returns.

Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.

Verification & Reconciliation of weekly/Bi-Weekly payroll.

Ensure weekly/Bi-Weekly payroll provisions to Finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Ahmedabad - 380009, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
