B2b Sales Executive

As a B2B Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing business customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our telecommunications solutions, ensuring a strong pipeline of new clients while maintaining excellent relationships with current customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential business clients through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Sales Presentations:
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Etisalat's Fiber and wireless plans, postpaid SIM cards, CCTV systems, and POS solutions to prospective clients.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each customer.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales Performance Tracking:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Fiber and wireless services, CCTV systems, and POS solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
