**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Set up and operate machinery (e.g., CNC machines, injection molding machines, presses, etc.) according to production schedules and job specifications.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, pressure) to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Load raw materials into machines and ensure the correct parts are used for each production run.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards and client specifications.
- Perform routine checks on machine calibration, parts, and materials.
- Document inspection results and production output for quality assurance.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on machines to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and clean machines and work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Notify maintenance personnel of significant issues or breakdowns.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and wear necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance logs, and any safety inspections.
- **Teamwork & Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns that may impact production.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of machine operation and safety protocols.
- Suggest improvements to production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
