8+ years of Handson Functional experience in implementation and support at least 2 full cycle projects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules
- 12+ Relevant experience in implementation or support of Oracle cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.
- Should be able to drive discussions with business across phases of the project, deep dive to perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions.
- Should be able to converse on Redwood Pages
- Knowledge on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formula and Reports is added advantage
- Good to have knowledge on Customizations, BIP Reports, OIC integration, HCM and EPM
- Good knowledge of AIM documents like BP80, RD 20, RD50, MD50, MD70, CV10, BR100, etc.
- Involved in fit gap analysis and documented the Setup steps for Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.
- Translate desired business outcomes into functional design solutions.
- Research, prototype, and test new and /or enhanced functionality
- Perform Oracle HCM configuration for enhancement and change requests.
- Lead and coordinate all testing activities, in partnership with stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and support the execution of change management and training plans.
- Develop and maintain solution design, testing results and relates documents for Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.

**Good to Have Skills: knowledge on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formula, BIP Reports, OIC integration, HCM and EPM**

**Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore**

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
