**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and create compelling design concepts.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners that follow brand guidelines.
- Optionally, develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate UI design concepts.
- Stay up to date on design trends and incorporate them into projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, gather feedback, and make revisions.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist with additional design-related tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
