**Main Objectives**:
The wireman / Electrician is responsible to install the cables, wires, conductors, and connectors required to connect a device, machine or system to a power source and test it in a safe and efficient manner, following company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Testing and inspecting installations to ensure functionality.
- Wiring of industrial electrical equipment
- Electrical fault diagnosis and repairing in wiring and electrical components.
- Check connections to ensure they match and record any discrepancies.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or faulty units
- Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular predictive/preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Accountable for adhering to and implementing all quality and safety guidelines.
- Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation and calibration equipment.
- Inform Assembly Line Leader of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
- Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
- Report unsafe practices/conditions to shift/team leader.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for process and equipment. Helps to meet daily efficiencies by focused approach to performing tasks compliantly and safely according to procedure/process.

Freshers to 2 years of experience in general assembly work or specialized training

Ability to commit flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts.

Experience with power and hand tools a plus.
