RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Knowledge of quality control terminology, methods, and Lab tools.
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products.
- Supervise the Lab & ensure all protocols are followed.
- Supports equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
- Responsible for maintaining laboratory logbooks and records according to Good Documentation Practices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Checking the quality of milk and making reports on daily basis
- Testing of raw materials and keeping records
- Maintaining daily records of counter samples, discard products, CCP sheets, Oil testing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai - 400701, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
