**CONTEXTE**

Le technicien Support Utilisateur déploie et administre les ressources nécessaires au périmètre utilisateur équipements IT, des salles de réunions, copieurs, Wifi, etc, dans le respect des règles de l’art, de suivides procédures internes de l’entreprise, des contrats passés avec les fournisseurs et des contrats de service.

**MISSIONS**:

- Fournir un support informatique pour les postes de travail, les imprimantes, les périphériques, les systèmes téléphoniques et les appareils cellulaires
- Identifier, gérer et résoudre les problèmes décrits par les utilisateurs en temps opportun
- Gérer les incidents et maintenir les infrastructures en condition opérationnelle - Mettre à jour les procédures d’exploitation
- Configurer, installer et maintenir le parc informatique
- Assurer un support aux utilisateurs dans le respect du niveau de services
- Assister le client et lui offrir un conseil adapté à son contexte (client interne et/ou externe)
- Assurer la maintenance préventive
- Gérer les projets avec succès dans les délais et dans les limites du budget
- Gérer le stock du matériel informatique
- Contacter et négocier les prix au prêt des fournisseurs

**Profil**
- Bac +3/5
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Certification ITIL éventuellement
- Outils d’administration
- Protocoles Réseaux (TCP/IP, Ethernet,)
- Systèmes d’exploitation (Linux, Windows)
- Matériels informatiques (serveurs, commutateurs, mobiles)
- Normes et procédures de sécurité
- Anglais technique
- Applicatifs associés à l’environnement Skills (savoir-faire)
