PPC Executive for Night Shift

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ad placements to ensure maximum ROI.

**Keyword Research**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns.
- Continuously refine and expand keyword lists based on performance and market trends.

**Ad Creation and Testing**:

- Develop compelling and effective ad copies that resonate with the target audience.
- Set up A/B tests for ad variations to determine the most effective messaging and design.

**Bid Management**:

- Monitor and adjust keyword bids to achieve optimal ad positioning and cost per click.
- Utilize bid management tools and strategies to maximize campaign performance**.**

**Audience Targeting**:

- Define and refine audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
- Implement audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant users.

**Landing Page Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with ad messaging.

**Ad Extensions**:

- Utilize ad extensions effectively to enhance ad visibility and provide additional information to users.

**Conversion Tracking and Reporting**:

- Implement and maintain conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor PPC campaigns and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

**Budget Management**:

- Monitor daily and monthly budgets to ensure campaigns are operating within designated limits.
- Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on performance trends.

**Stay Abreast of Industry Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the PPC landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with the daytime marketing team, designers, and developers to ensure consistent messaging and branding across campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably with Google Ads and other platforms.
- Familiarity with PPC tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and collaborate with a remote team.
