**YouthInvest Foundation (YouthInvest) is a not-for-profit organisation working to ensure rights to health, education and livelihoods for adolescents and youth (10-24 years). YouthInvest envisions healthy, educated, emotionally well-adjusted and skilled adolescents and youth - especially from marginalised and disadvantaged populations - entering adulthood. YouthInvest uses a lifecycle programming approach focused on critical life stages, i.e., childhood, adolescence, and youth, to ensure sustainable change.**

YouthInvest seeks to hire a professional for its office based in Kolkata. The position is full-time contractual renewable on a yearly basis.

**1.** **Operations Assistant**

**Location: Kolkata**

**No. of position**: 1 (One)

**Job description**:
The overall responsibility of the Operations Assistant will be to support the Operations Manager in ensuring that all operations and administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

- Checking and Verification of bills/invoices of day-to-day transactions
- Prepare vouchers and entry into tally
- Support in procurement, storage and distribution of supplies and services and update books of records including stock ledger, asset ledger
- Coordinate with Team and support for training, meetings, workshops etc. as needed
- Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues
- Well versed in MS Word and Excel
- Maintaining different files. Manage and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
- Handle all bookings, such as travel, and accommodation on a regular basis.
- Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
- Any other jobs instructed by the supervisors

**Qualification, experience, and skills required**:

- B. Com with Tally ERP 9
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- At least one year of relevant experience.

**Remuneration**:
CTC: 1.5 lakhs -1.8 lakhs per annum, based on experience.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
