**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural design discussions, ensuring high-performance and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the integration of front-end (ReactJS) with back-end (.NET Core/C#).
- Define and document technical specifications, architectural patterns, and design principles.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and security standards.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with strong expertise in.NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
