Supervisor

At least **10 years’ experience** of working in an administrative support function.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Strong team player
- Good understanding and knowledge of the local situation and of the community dynamics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power point)
- High level of integrity
- Plan for the field data collection exercise
- Oversee and supervise the data collection exercise.
- Assures Quality of the collected data for completeness and accuracy.
- Generate values for rate administration through the computer aided valuation system.
- Preparing activity progress reports
- Provide feedback and take immediate notice of and resolve any problems arising in the field.
- Plan and prepare requirements for the field exercise.
- Sensitize stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise all field activities.
- Review collected data attributes for completeness and accuracy.
- Plan for field validation to ensure completeness of the data collection exercise.
- Ensure data collection is comprehensive and as per the SOPs of the Organization
- Train field data enumerators in the area of data collection.
- Compile and submit reports.
- Any other duty not listed but assigned by higher management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
